Hi my name is Kim, and I’m the Diet Fixer!

At 45 years old, I have the expert knowledge and vast experience

to help you get exactly what you want from your diet and teach you how to take amazing care of your body.

If there’s one thing we’ve all learned from the global pandemic, it’s that your main priority in life should be your HEALTH!

How it works.

Initial consultation

A thorough get to know you session. We can discuss your diet and goals in detail, including any health concerns you have, diet history and intolerances. There are no time limits on sessions. Everyone is different so we do whatever is necessary to get you where you want to be whatever your level of knowledge or experience. 


Initial training session and video tutorials.

This is your opportunity to learn the real facts about food, and what’s right for your body. We will also use this time to devise a menu that’s perfectly tailored around your lifestyle and food tastes.

We can agree your diet plan, and anything else that you want me to add into the program to benefit your wellbeing such as tracking your exercise, talking about ways to reduce stress, making sure you take time out for yourself etc.


Preparation Week

Before we get started, you will have a little bit of time to prepare yourself for your new lifestyle. This may include time for shopping, chucking out any junk foods you want to get rid of, and getting familiar with your new menu for the week.

I will prepare any recipes you need, and you can have access to my extensive database of healthy eating recipes. I can help you get organised, learn how to food prep, and introduce new and exciting meal ideas.


Start date!

Once a start date has been agreed, we get going! From day 1, we text each other at the end of each day on whatsapp to discuss how things went. I will be there by your side every single day to keep you accountable to your goals and to tweak things as we go. Any challenges that come up, we face them together.


Weekly Session

Once a week we can speak on the phone to review, check your progress and plan for the week ahead. The great thing about having your coach on tap in this way is that we can nip any problems in the bud, constantly review what’s working for you, and can finely tune your nutrition day by day.


My job is to keep you accountable to your goal and empower you with all the skills and knowledge you need to get what you want from your diet and lifestyle. I will train you so well you will never need a nutrition coach ever again!
